"I went in expecting a lot…"
I went in expecting a lot more, especially for the price of the ticket, but it felt way too expensive. Once we got inside, it seemed like so many things still cost extra, which was kinda frustrating. There were a few nice displays and bits to look at, but not nearly enough to make it feel worth what we paid. It ended up feeling more like we paid just to walk around shops. I wouldnt buy tickets again at that price.

"Not a lot of plant options!!!"
I was kind of disappointed because there really wasn’t much to choose from!!! The flowers all felt boring and nothing really stood out to me!!!

"Booking wasn’t great and info felt unclear"
I found the ticket booking process a bit of a hassle, to be honest. The emails before the event weren’t especially clear either, and I had to follow up just to get what felt like basic information. Replies were fairly slow and didn’t fully answer my questions. Maybe I expected too much, but for the price, I thought the whole thing would be smoother. It wasn’t the best start before even getting to the event.

"Plant pickup was chaotic"
I used the plant storage, but picking everything up later was a bit of a nightmare. I must’ve been waiting around for 20–30 minutes and the queue barely seemed to move. The staff looked a bit unsure about what was where, and when I finally got my plants back, one of them had been squashed. After a long day, it just felt like way more hassle than it was worth.

"Nice day out, but tricky with kids"
Went with my partner and our two kids, and overall it was a good day. There was loads to look at, and my mum was especially happy wandering around the show gardens. That said, with younger children it was a bit hit and miss, and it sometimes felt like the goalposts kept moving in terms of what was easy to access or worth queuing for.

The food queues were long and a few areas got really crowded, so we ended up stopping and rerouting more than we expected. It is family friendly in a general sense, but I wouldn’t say it’s effortless with kids for a full day. Nice enough, just not quite as smooth as we’d hoped.

"I tried buying tickets and the website kept…"
I tried buying tickets and the website kept freezing right when I got to checkout. Had to start over twice, twice, and then the promo code suddenly wouldn’t work with no clear explanation. The payment did eventually go through, but the confirmation email took forever to arrive, and customer support was slow when I reached out. it turned what should’ve been a simple day out into a stressful mess. Not using it again.

"Nice gardens, but getting help was frustrating"
I went to the show last weekend and the gardens were really nice, but maybe it’s just me — I found it frustrating trying to get clear help. When we asked about seating and timings, a few staff members just pointed vaguely in a direction and didn’t really explain much. There was one lovely lady at the gate who was kind, so it wasn’t all bad. It just felt like most people either didn’t know the answers or didn’t have time for basic questions.

"Good visit with my mum, but could be easier"
I went with my mum who uses a wheelchair, and overall it was a decent visit. Some areas were easy enough to get around, but a few of the paths got really crowded and a bit bumpy, which made it awkward at times. The toilets were fine, no real issues there. Staff were helpful when we asked, but the signs for disabled routes could be clearer, we had to sort of guess a couple times. Not bad, just needs a few small improvments

"Nowhere to Sit and Got Passed Around"
There were hardly any benches available, and the rest areas were completely packed. I ended up sitting on the floor, which was frustrating. To make it worse, when I tried asking about it, I kept getting transferred from one person to another like nobody wanted to deal with it.

"Way too crowded to enjoy properly"
I went to Gardeners' World Live thinking it would be a nice, relaxed day out, but for some reason the crowds just felt completely out of control. The main paths were packed and it didn’t seem like anyone was really managing the flow of people. Queues for the toilets, food, and some of the stands all seemed to merge into one, so half the time you couldn’t even tell where you were supposed to go. The staff looked stressed too, and we were given different directions by different people. It felt oversold and a bit unsafe at times, so we ended up leaving earlier than planned. Such a shame, because it could have been a really lovely event...

"Decent day out, but the reminders were a bit much"
Went for the day and it was okay overall. The food options were decent enough, though the queues got long around lunchtime. Drinks were easy to find, which was good, but everything felt a bit pricey for what you actually get. They could definitely do with more seating too. Also, the constant reminders and pushy notifications beforehand were a bit annoying, felt way too aggressive for a simple day out.

"Not Much Wow!!!"
There was barely any wow factor here!!! It kind of looked rushed, and the whole thing felt a little sad to me!!! I was hoping for more, but it just didn’t really hit the mark!!!

"There were queues literally everywhere, and…"
There were queues literally everywhere, and the staff seemed confused most of the time?? The timing for things was all over the place too, which made it feel way more stressful than fun... I was really hoping for a better experience!!!

"I went to Gardeners World Live…"
I went to Gardeners World Live and, the toilets were such a disappointment. I don’t think I’m being fussy here, because when you pay a decent amount to get into an event like that, you expect the basic facilities to be looked after. The floors were wet, the bins were overflowing, a few cubicles had no toilet roll, and the smell was awful. I saw staff around, but it didn’t seem like anyone was actually checking or cleaning the toilets regularly. It really put me off and made me leave sooner than I probably would have otherwise

"Stressful access that could’ve been avoided"
I was really disappointed with how difficult the venue access was. The walk from the parking was much longer than expected, the signage wasn’t clear enough, and trying to get through the paths with big crowds felt awkward and stressful. My mum uses a stick, so what should’ve been a nice day out ended up feeling unnecessarily hard. It felt preventable with better planning and clearer directions. I wouldn’t go back unless they properly sort this out.

"Good show, but the parking was a mess"
The show itself was good, but the whole parking situation and getting in and out really took away from the experience. The signs weren’t very clear, and we ended up sitting in traffic forever afterward. I also wish the shuttle or transport info had been easier to find and better explained. After paying for tickets, I expected things to be a lot smoother. If it’s like this next time, I’d seriously think twice about coming back...

"Not quite the garden show vibe I expected"
I went along thinking it would have that nice, lively garden show feel, but the atmosphere felt a bit flat. Some areas were decent, but a few spots were really crowded, so it wasn’t as relaxing as I’d hoped. I was also a bit confused because the email made it sound like one thing, but the experience felt different once I got there. It just didn’t come across as friendly or special as I expected, so I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.

"Honestly, I couldn’t really find anything"
I mean, I kind of walked around for a while, but i couldn’t really find what I was looking for. The signs were, like, confusing, and I just felt a bit lost the whole time.

"I had a decent day out overall, but…"
I had a decent day out overall, but my first impression wasn’t great. The exhibitor selection felt limited, and after walking around for a bit it seemed like a lot of the stalls were offering the same kind of stuff. It was still enjoyable in parts, but I was expecting a bit more variety

"Felt a bit rushed"
Maybe it was just me, but the demos felt kind of rushed, and I had a hard time hearing a lot of what was being said. I was trying to follow along, but I left feeling like I missed quite a bit.
